Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with small business clients in the Victorville, CA area, providing tailored financial solutions to support their growth
  • Prospect and acquire new small business customers through networking, referrals, and community involvement
  • Assess client financial needs by conducting in-depth consultations and recommending appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as business checking, loans, and merchant services
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts and product specialists, to structure financing solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare credit proposals for small business lending decisions
  • Represent JPMorgan Chase at local business events and chambers of commerce to enhance brand visibility
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies in client interactions
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to meet quarterly and annual targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and foster long-term partnerships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or small business lending
  • Proven track record in sales and client relationship building within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of small business financial products, including loans, lines of credit, and treasury services
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and credit risks for small business clients
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Victorville, CA territory
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience working with diverse small business owners in underserved markets
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, given the demographic in Victorville, CA
  • Prior experience with JPMorgan Chase or a similar large financial institution
