Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small business clients, providing tailored financial solutions to support their growth and operational needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with over 3 million small businesses nationwide, focusing on the Wilmington, DE market
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell JPMorgan Chase products such as business banking, merchant services, and investment solutions
  • Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments to recommend appropriate lending and advisory services
  • Collaborate with internal teams including credit, product specialists, and risk management to deliver comprehensive client support
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets for deposits, loans, and fee-based services
  • Monitor client performance and provide proactive advice on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial strategies
  • Participate in community outreach and networking events to expand JPMorgan Chase's small business client base
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies in all client interactions
  • Prepare reports on portfolio performance and contribute to team goals for innovation in small business banking

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or small business lending
  • Proven track record in managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth in financial services
  • Strong understanding of small business financial products including loans, credit lines, and treasury services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and credit risk assessment
  • Ability to travel locally as needed to meet with clients in the Wilmington, DE area

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
