Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing portfolios of small business clients
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, lending products, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Portland area
