Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, acquire, and onboard new small business clients in the Austin, TX territory to expand JP Morgan Chase's commercial banking portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, providing tailored financial solutions to support their growth and operational needs
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to recommend appropriate products such as business loans, cash management, and payment processing services
  • Collaborate with internal teams including credit analysts, product specialists, and compliance to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities and achieving quarterly acquisition and retention targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies for small business acquisition in the financial services sector

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial products including loans, credit lines, treasury services, and merchant processing
  • Experience in the financial services industry with a focus on small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
