Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, acquire, and onboard new small business clients in the Brooklyn and surrounding areas to expand JPMorgan Chase's market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their growth needs
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate products such as commercial loans, merchant services, and cash management solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams including credit analysts and product specialists to deliver seamless client experiences

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial banking, business development, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of acquiring new small business clients and growing portfolios in a competitive market
  • Strong understanding of small business financial products including loans, lines of credit, and treasury services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse business owners
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases
