Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new small business clients through proactive outreach, networking, and targeted marketing efforts in the Horsham, PA territory
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored JP Morgan Chase banking solutions, including loans, lines of credit, and treasury services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, providing ongoing support and advisory services to drive client retention and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit analysts and product specialists, to structure and approve financing deals that meet client objectives
  • Monitor portfolio performance, identify cross-selling opportunities, and mitigate risks associated with small business lending
  • Develop and execute local market strategies to achieve acquisition targets and contribute to the overall growth of JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Banking division
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry events, chambers of commerce, and community functions to enhance brand visibility
  • Prepare detailed reports on client interactions, pipeline development, and business performance using internal systems
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team training on small business acquisition best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial banking, business development, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in acquiring new small business clients and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of small business lending products, credit analysis, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and CRM systems used in banking
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
