Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, providing ongoing advisory support to drive client retention and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams including credit analysts, product specialists, and compliance to ensure seamless deal execution
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to meet or exceed acquisition and revenue targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to position JP Morgan Chase as the preferred banking partner for small businesses
  • Prepare and present business proposals, financial analyses, and portfolio reviews to clients and senior management
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and JP Morgan Chase's risk management standards
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to training initiatives on small business acquisition strategies
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including new client acquisition rates and portfolio growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial banking, business development, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in acquiring new small business clients and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of small business financial products including loans, credit lines, and treasury services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
