Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, acquire, and onboard new small business clients in the Orland Park, IL market to expand JP Morgan Chase's portfolio of over 3 million nationwide small business relationships
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend tailored financial solutions such as business loans, cash management, and payment processing services
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business owners, providing ongoing advisory support to drive client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams including credit analysts, product specialists, and branch partners to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Develop and execute localized business development strategies to achieve acquisition targets and revenue goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of small business financial products including loans, lines of credit, treasury services, and merchant processing

  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
