Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, acquire, and onboard new small business clients in the Peoria, AZ market to expand JP Morgan Chase's portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, providing tailored financial solutions such as loans, lines of credit, and treasury services
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate banking products to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts and product specialists, to structure deals and mitigate risks
  • Monitor client portfolios for opportunities to cross-sell additional services like merchant services or investment options
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing small business client portfolios
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and risk assessment
  • Experience with sales targets and pipeline management in a competitive banking environment
  • Ability to travel within the assigned market area as needed
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses in the Southwest region
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, given the diverse client base in Arizona
