Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial banking, business development, or financial services sales
  • Proven track record in acquiring new small business clients and managing portfolios exceeding $50 million in revenue
  • Strong understanding of small business lending products, credit analysis, and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry
  • Experience with CRM systems and financial modeling tools
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the assigned territory
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
