Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of over 200 small business clients in the Miami area, ensuring high retention and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit underwriters and product specialists, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement
  • Monitor client financial health, proactively addressing risks and opportunities for upselling
  • Prepare and present business plans, credit proposals, and performance reports to senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and fair lending practices
  • Leverage JP Morgan's innovative tools, like digital platforms and analytics, to enhance client advisory services
  • Contribute to team goals by mentoring junior relationship managers and sharing market insights

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing portfolios of small to mid-sized business clients
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk management, and lending products
  • Experience in the Southeast US market, particularly Florida, with knowledge of local economic trends
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications in financial services
  • Ability to travel within the Miami metropolitan area and surrounding regions
