Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen relationships with existing small business clients to identify and deliver tailored financial solutions
  • Prospect and acquire new small business clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and credit assessments to recommend appropriate lending and treasury products
  • Collaborate with internal teams including credit, product specialists, and treasury services to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling JP Morgan Chase's suite of banking, payment, and advisory services
  • Monitor client portfolios for emerging needs, risks, and opportunities, providing proactive advice
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies in client interactions
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry events and community engagements to enhance brand visibility
  • Prepare and present business reviews and performance reports to senior leadership
  • Mentor junior relationship managers to support team development and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in deepening client relationships and driving business growth in small business banking
  • Strong understanding of financial products including lending, treasury services, and merchant solutions
