  • Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions that drive client growth and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts and product specialists, to structure complex financing deals
  • Monitor client portfolios for performance, proactively addressing risks and ensuring compliance with lending standards
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new small business clients through networking and referrals
  • Provide expert guidance on cash management, payment solutions, and digital banking tools to enhance client operations
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at local business events and chambers of commerce to build brand visibility
  • Prepare detailed reports on portfolio performance and contribute to team goals for revenue growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record of managing and growing portfolios of small business clients
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk management, and financial products for small businesses
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Ability to travel within the Sacramento area as needed to meet with clients
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
