Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen relationships with over 3 million small businesses nationwide by providing tailored financial solutions
  • Identify opportunities to expand client portfolios through proactive needs assessment and customized product recommendations
  • Conduct financial analysis and credit underwriting to support lending decisions and risk management
  • Collaborate with internal teams including credit, product specialists, and treasury services to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling deposit, payment, and investment products to existing clients
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on optimal financial strategies
  • Organize and participate in client outreach events, networking, and educational seminars in the Valencia area
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with all JP Morgan Chase policies and banking regulations
  • Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to team goals for client acquisition and retention

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or small business lending
  • Proven track record in deepening client relationships and driving revenue growth in financial services
  • Strong understanding of small business financial products including loans, lines of credit, and treasury services
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements in the U.S. banking sector, including compliance with FDIC and OCC guidelines
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and credit risks for small to mid-sized businesses
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience working with diverse small business sectors such as retail, healthcare, or technology
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, given the Valencia, CA location
