  • Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend JPMorgan Chase products such as commercial real estate financing and investment advisory services
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit risk, product specialists, and compliance, to structure and execute complex deals
  • Monitor client financial health, provide proactive advice on regulatory changes, and mitigate risks in the not-for-profit sector
  • Drive business development by prospecting new not-for-profit clients in the New York area, aiming for portfolio growth targets
  • Prepare and present financial analyses, proposals, and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of not-for-profit clients with assets under management exceeding $50 million
  • In-depth knowledge of not-for-profit financial regulations, including IRS guidelines and GAAP standards
