Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives at not-for-profit organizations to understand their financial needs
  • Identify and deliver customized financial solutions, including lending, cash management, and investment services from JP Morgan Chase
  • Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments to support loan origination and portfolio management for nonprofit clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as credit risk, treasury services, and product specialists to structure complex deals
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling JP Morgan's suite of commercial banking products to existing and prospective clients
  • Monitor client portfolios to ensure compliance with lending covenants and provide proactive advisory support
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry events, nonprofit conferences, and community engagements in the Fort Worth area
  • Mentor and coach junior team members on best practices in nonprofit relationship management
  • Prepare and present business plans, market analyses, and performance reports to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial banking or financial services, with a focus on not-for-profit organizations
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving business growth in the nonprofit sector
  • Strong understanding of financial products including loans, treasury services, and credit solutions tailored to not-for-profits
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk for nonprofit entities
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or certification in nonprofit management
  • Experience working with large-scale not-for-profit organizations such as hospitals, universities, or foundations
  • Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Banking platforms and tools
