Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives at not-for-profit organizations to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Prospect and acquire new not-for-profit clients in the Indianapolis market, growing the portfolio by at least 15% annually
  • Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to recommend appropriate credit, treasury, and investment products from JPMorgan Chase's suite
  • Collaborate with internal teams including credit risk, treasury services, and wealth management to deliver comprehensive financial strategies
  • Monitor portfolio health, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for not-for-profit clients
  • Conduct educational workshops and seminars on financial best practices for nonprofits, positioning JPMorgan Chase as a thought leader
  • Prepare and present business plans, credit proposals, and performance reports to senior management
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives to expand client utilization of JPMorgan's full range of services, including merchant services and capital markets access

Required Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of not-for-profit sector regulations, including IRS guidelines and grant funding structures
  • Strong understanding of financial products such as loans, treasury services, and investment solutions tailored to nonprofits
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the Indianapolis region and surrounding areas
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications in financial advising
