Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with not-for-profit organizations and small businesses in the Los Angeles region, providing customized financial solutions
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and credit underwriting to support lending decisions for not-for-profit clients
  • Identify and cross-sell JPMorgan Chase products such as treasury services, merchant banking, and investment advisory tailored to not-for-profits
  • Collaborate with internal teams including credit risk, product specialists, and compliance to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Monitor portfolio performance, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards for not-for-profit financing
  • Develop market insights and participate in community outreach to expand JPMorgan Chase's presence in the not-for-profit sector
  • Prepare and present business plans, proposals, and performance reports to senior leadership
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on relationship management best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services, with a focus on not-for-profit organizations
  • Proven track record of managing portfolios for small businesses and not-for-profits, including credit analysis and risk assessment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for not-for-profit entities, such as IRS guidelines and grant funding compliance
  • Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships in the financial services sector

  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications preferred for compliance
