Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with small business owners to assess their financial needs and recommend tailored solutions from JPMorgan Chase's portfolio
  • Prospect and acquire new small business clients through networking, referrals, and community events in the Tempe, AZ area
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and expansion of banking services
  • Collaborate with branch teams to deliver seamless financial solutions, including deposits, lending, and payment processing
  • Analyze client financial data to identify opportunities for products like business checking, credit cards, and treasury management
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies in all client interactions
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to meet individual and team goals
  • Provide education on digital tools and resources to enhance client financial management
  • Participate in local business development initiatives to strengthen JPMorgan Chase's presence in the community

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Active and in good standing with state banking and/or lending licenses where required
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Strong understanding of small business financial products including loans, credit lines, and merchant services
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced branch setting
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits
