Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining operational consistency across lending services by monitoring processes and ensuring adherence to JP Morgan Chase standards
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including turnaround times, error rates, and client satisfaction in lending operations
  • Support change management initiatives by coordinating training sessions, updating procedures, and facilitating team adoption of new systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency in loan processing and servicing
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and recommend enhancements to business processes within the lending group
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all operational activities
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on operational performance to senior management
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support the implementation of new lending products or technology upgrades
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with operational workflows in the Buenos Aires lending services hub

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in operational support, financial services, or lending operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards in the lending sector
  • Experience with change management processes in a corporate environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
