Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to senior management in the Business Support Management team

  • Analyze business performance data and prepare reports for executive review
  • Coordinate project initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence and efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business support, operations, or administrative roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior management to implement operational improvements
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in banking
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools in a financial environment
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
