Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Chase Card marketing campaigns to ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and compliance to validate campaign requirements and execution
  • Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios in both English and Spanish to support bilingual campaign testing
  • Identify, document, and track defects or issues in campaign deployments, ensuring timely resolution
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to verify alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards
  • Facilitate stakeholder reviews and provide detailed testing reports to drive campaign improvements
  • Support innovation in testing processes by incorporating automation tools where applicable
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and data privacy policies in all testing activities
  • Participate in post-campaign analysis to recommend enhancements for future marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or quality assurance within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in bilingual communication, with fluency in both English and Spanish required for campaign testing involving diverse customer segments
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign processes, particularly in credit card services and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with testing tools and methodologies in a banking environment
  • Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies in campaign performance metrics
