Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, opportunities, and operational efficiencies in treasury services
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize business outcomes and ensure alignment with JP Morgan Chase's global standards
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, regulators, and internal partners to support treasury solutions like cash management and trade finance
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for the Canada Treasury Services team
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions in the payments and liquidity space
  • Facilitate change management and training programs to enhance team capabilities in financial services delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business management, strategy, or operations within the financial services industry, with a focus on treasury services
  • Proven track record in driving business initiatives and optimizing performance in a large-scale financial institution
