Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with emerging and established alternative investment managers to introduce capital raising opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals to facilitate capital introductions
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase's internal teams, including Prime Services and Investment Banking, to deliver tailored advisory solutions
  • Conduct market analysis and due diligence on potential investment managers to ensure alignment with client needs and regulatory standards
  • Develop and execute capital introduction strategies that drive business growth for JP Morgan Chase's Capital Advisory Group
  • Prepare pitch materials, presentations, and reports to support client meetings and capital raising efforts
  • Monitor industry trends in alternative investments and provide insights to enhance JP Morgan's market positioning
  • Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and internal JP Morgan policies in all advisory activities
  • Participate in client events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities to expand JP Morgan's footprint in capital markets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in capital markets, private equity, hedge funds, or investment banking
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, capital raising processes, and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development within a financial institution
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment at a leading global bank like JP Morgan Chase
