Working closely with Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams, you will analyze complex datasets, perform reconciliations, and contribute to the evolution of reporting processes amid evolving regulations like Basel III and CCAR. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review Firmwide Capital External Reports in compliance with regulatory standards including Basel III and Dodd-Frank requirements
  • Analyze capital ratios, risk-weighted assets, and regulatory capital instruments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Risk Management, and Compliance to gather and validate data for reporting
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on reporting outputs and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity
  • Support ad-hoc regulatory inquiries and audits related to capital and liquidity reporting
  • Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes and controls in line with JPMorgan Chase's governance standards
  • Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates to reporting methodologies as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of internal management reports on capital positions and forecasting
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in capital reporting, regulatory compliance, or financial analysis within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of Basel III regulations, CCAR, FR Y-9C, and other U.S. regulatory reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or similar
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle complex, time-sensitive reporting deadlines
  • Knowledge of JPMorgan Chase's internal reporting processes and risk management frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Finance or related discipline
  • Experience with capital adequacy calculations and stress testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with regulatory filings for large global banks like JPMorgan Chase
  • Certification such as CPA, FRM, or CFA
