  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for capital management, including stress testing and scenario analysis
  • Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates to reporting processes at JP Morgan Chase
  • Conduct detailed reviews of RWA data integrity and provide insights to senior management
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting for internal audits and external regulatory submissions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in risk management, regulatory reporting, or financial analysis within the banking sector
  • Strong understanding of Basel III/IV frameworks and Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) calculations
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance requirements for capital management in a global financial institution
  • Experience with data analysis tools and financial reporting systems

  • Fluency in English; Polish language skills are a plus
