Key Responsibilities

• Execute cash equity trades on behalf of institutional clients to optimize execution quality and minimize market impact
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, providing market insights and trade execution support
• Monitor global equity market trends, particularly in Asia, to inform trading strategies and client recommendations
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and develop tailored trading solutions
• Utilize JP Morgan's proprietary trading systems and tools to ensure efficient and compliant trade execution
• Analyze trade performance metrics and provide post-trade reports to clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage risk exposure during trade execution, adhering to firm-wide risk policies
• Contribute to the development of trading strategies and participate in team meetings on market outlook
• Ensure all trading activities comply with local Taiwanese regulations and JP Morgan's global standards
• Mentor junior traders and support team initiatives to enhance trading desk efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in equity trading, preferably in an agency trading environment
• Proven track record in executing cash equity trades and managing client portfolios
• Strong understanding of global equity markets, including Asian markets
• Hold relevant financial licenses or certifications (e.g., Series 7 equivalent in Taiwan)
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure trading floor environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance)
• Experience working at a major investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with electronic trading platforms and algorithmic trading
• Prior exposure to cash equity agency trading in the Asia-Pacific region
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Taiwan and international markets
