Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with small business clients to assess their cash management needs and recommend tailored JP Morgan Chase solutions
  • Develop and present customized financial strategies to optimize liquidity, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Analyze client financial data to identify opportunities for improving cash flow and treasury operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and relationship managers, to deliver integrated banking services
  • Conduct client workshops and training sessions on JP Morgan's digital cash management platforms
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on best practices in cash management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with over 3 million small business clients nationwide
  • Prepare detailed reports and performance metrics on client engagements to support business growth
  • Support sales initiatives by providing expert insights into cash management products
  • Ensure all client interactions comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management and ethical standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash management, treasury services, or financial consulting within the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of advising small to medium-sized businesses on cash flow optimization and liquidity management
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products, including payment processing, wire transfers, and automated clearing house (ACH) services
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using financial modeling tools to assess client needs
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the New York region to meet with clients
  • Series 7 or equivalent FINRA license preferred, or willingness to obtain

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience working with JP Morgan Chase or similar large financial institutions
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse small business clients
  • Prior leadership role in a cash management team
