As a Category Sourcing Manager, you will develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for key real estate categories, including construction, facilities maintenance, and property management services. Collaborating closely with Global Real Estate leaders, finance, and legal teams, you will lead RFx processes, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to achieve significant cost savings while mitigating risks such as supply disruptions or regulatory non-compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies for Global Real Estate, focusing on areas like office fit-outs, maintenance services, and property leasing to support JPMC's worldwide operations
• Lead RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and negotiations to secure optimal contracts that align with JPMC's cost, quality, and risk objectives
• Collaborate with Global Real Estate stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations teams, to identify sourcing needs and mitigate supply chain risks
• Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements through strategic supplier partnerships and innovative sourcing solutions tailored to the financial services sector
• Ensure compliance with JPMC's procurement policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sourcing activities
• Monitor category performance metrics, analyze market trends in real estate services, and recommend adjustments to sourcing strategies
• Manage supplier relationships globally, fostering long-term partnerships that support JPMC's expansion and sustainability goals
• Conduct risk assessments for real estate suppliers, including geopolitical and financial stability evaluations relevant to banking operations
• Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating AI and analytics tools into sourcing processes for Global Real Estate
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on sourcing outcomes and their impact on JPMC's real estate portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management within a large corporate environment
• Proven track record in developing and executing sourcing strategies for real estate categories such as facilities management, construction, or property services
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, including RFx processes, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
• Experience in the financial services industry, with understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR) impacting real estate sourcing
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost savings in a global, high-stakes environment like JPMC
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and ERP systems such as SAP Ariba or Oracle Procurement Cloud

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA with a focus on procurement
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification
• Experience sourcing for global real estate portfolios in multinational financial institutions
• Familiarity with sustainable sourcing practices and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles in real estate
• Previous exposure to JPMC's internal procurement processes or similar Fortune 500 financial firms
