Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for technology categories to support JP Morgan Chase's digital transformation initiatives
• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring for IT suppliers
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to optimize costs and ensure value in technology procurement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Global Technology to align sourcing with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Mitigate risks associated with third-party vendors, including compliance with financial industry standards like GDPR and SOX
• Lead RFP processes and contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for software, hardware, and cloud services
• Drive innovation by identifying strategic partnerships with tech vendors to enhance JP Morgan's technological capabilities
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement programs
• Support diversity and inclusion goals in sourcing by prioritizing diverse suppliers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management within the financial services or technology sectors
• Proven track record in managing global technology sourcing strategies and vendor negotiations
• Strong understanding of IT procurement processes, including RFPs, contracts, and compliance with financial regulations
• Experience in risk management and cost optimization for technology vendors
• Ability to travel up to 20% for vendor meetings and global sourcing initiatives
