Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for technology categories to support JP Morgan Chase's digital transformation initiatives
• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring of key technology suppliers
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to optimize costs and drive value in technology procurement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and legal, to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Lead RFP processes, contract negotiations, and supplier diversification efforts to mitigate risks in the financial services landscape
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement continuous improvement programs to enhance service delivery
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's sourcing policies and industry standards for data security and ethical sourcing
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with technology vendors to support innovative solutions in banking and payments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management within the financial services or technology sectors
• Proven track record in managing global technology sourcing strategies and vendor relationships
• Strong understanding of IT procurement processes, including RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier risk assessments
• Experience in financial services industry, with knowledge of regulatory compliance such as GDPR, SOX, and data privacy standards
• Ability to travel up to 20% for vendor meetings and global sourcing initiatives
