Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end production of FR Y-14A summary schedule reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct detailed analysis of CCAR-related data, identifying variances and trends for senior management review
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk, finance, and IT to validate data inputs and outputs
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Reserve guidelines and internal JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes and controls
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting for regulatory examinations and audits
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in reporting workflows
  • Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes to Y-14A submissions
  • Prepare executive summaries and presentations on reporting results

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, or risk management within the banking industry
  • Strong knowledge of FR Y-14A reporting requirements and CCAR methodologies
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
  • Experience with end-to-end reporting processes in a large financial institution
  • CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification
