Key Responsibilities

• Partner with CRG leaders and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute key business initiatives aimed at enhancing research efficiency and output quality
• Develop and manage performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to track business health and drive data-informed decisions
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving research, technology, and compliance teams to optimize workflows and resource allocation
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to support strategic planning within the financial research domain
• Facilitate communication between senior management and operational teams, ensuring alignment on goals and timely issue resolution
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for CRG initiatives, with a focus on cost efficiency and ROI
• Implement process improvements and automation strategies to streamline research operations and reduce turnaround times
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and risk management protocols in all business activities
• Support talent development by collaborating on training programs and performance evaluations for the team
• Monitor industry trends in financial research and advisory services to recommend innovative solutions for JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, project management, or operations within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business initiatives and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of financial markets, research processes, and regulatory environments in banking
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data and metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for financial modeling and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a focus on compliance and risk management

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
• Experience in the Centralized Research Group or similar research-oriented teams at a global financial institution
• Prior exposure to JP Morgan Chase's internal systems and processes
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or financial analysis (e.g., CFA Level 1)
• International experience, particularly in cross-border financial operations
