Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with CRG leaders and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute key business initiatives aimed at enhancing research efficiency and output quality
  • Develop and manage performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to track business health and drive data-informed decisions
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving research, technology, and compliance teams to optimize workflows and resource allocation
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to support strategic planning within the financial research domain
  • Facilitate communication between senior management and operational teams, ensuring alignment on goals and timely issue resolution
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for CRG initiatives, with a focus on cost efficiency and ROI
  • Implement process improvements and automation strategies to streamline research operations and reduce turnaround times
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and risk management protocols in all business activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, project management, or operations within the financial services industry
