Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence for senior executives
  • Coordinate with internal teams across JP Morgan Chase to gather and synthesize information for strategic initiatives
  • Monitor regulatory changes and geopolitical events in the Asia Pacific region, providing timely updates and analysis
  • Support business management functions such as budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking for the CEO office

  • Maintain a centralized repository of research materials and ensure data accuracy and accessibility

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in research, business management, or administrative support within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of Asia Pacific markets, including economic trends, regulatory environments, and key financial institutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; additional languages such as Mandarin, Hindi, or Japanese are advantageous
