Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all data-related projects
  • Support the integration of new technologies to optimize reference data workflows
  • Contribute to strategic planning for long-term improvements in data quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, project execution, or change management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing reference data processes, including creation and lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for client data in banking, such as GDPR and MiFID II
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or MS Project
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or Data Management
  • Certification in PMP, CBAP, or similar project/business analysis credentials
  • Prior experience at a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
