Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define and prioritize product roadmaps for channels middleware platforms
• Conduct user research and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation in JP Morgan's digital banking channels
• Oversee the development and optimization of middleware solutions that integrate front-end channels with core banking systems
• Ensure products meet security, compliance, and performance standards specific to the financial services sector
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to shape strategic product enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
