Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting market research and analysis on financial trends relevant to JP Morgan Chase's operations in Latin America
• Support the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and data visualizations for internal teams
• Collaborate with analysts to evaluate investment opportunities and risk assessments in the Colombian market
• Participate in client meetings or virtual sessions to gather insights and contribute to advisory services
• Utilize JP Morgan's proprietary tools to track economic indicators and perform basic quantitative analysis
• Contribute to team projects focused on sustainable finance or digital banking innovations
• Maintain accurate documentation of research findings and ensure compliance with internal policies

Required Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program at Universidad Icesi or affiliated institutions, with a focus on finance, economics, business administration, or related fields
• Demonstrated participation in the Feria Laboral de la Universidad de los Andes de Colombia or similar career events
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA equivalent to 3.5/4.0 or higher
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, for effective communication in a multicultural environment
• Basic understanding of financial markets, banking principles, or economic concepts
• Eligibility to work in Colombia without sponsorship
• Availability for full-time or internship commitments during academic breaks or as per program requirements
