Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and onboarding processes for HR teams, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's global talent strategies
• Manage employee relations issues in compliance with Argentine labor laws and JP Morgan's ethical standards
• Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the financial services environment in Buenos Aires
• Conduct performance management reviews and provide coaching to HR staff to enhance service delivery
• Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making for talent optimization in the region
• Facilitate training programs on financial compliance, risk management, and professional development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change initiatives within the banking sector
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data in line with JP Morgan's data protection protocols
• Contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts by promoting inclusive hiring practices
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for HR operations in the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires office

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or employee relations within a corporate environment
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) such as Workday or similar platforms
• Knowledge of Argentine labor laws and regulations, including compliance with local employment standards
• Experience in a multinational financial services organization or similar high-stakes industry
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or equivalent) is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's) in Human Resources Management or Organizational Development
• Prior experience working in the financial services sector, particularly with global banks like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in a multicultural workforce
