Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at automotive dealerships, dealer groups, and manufacturer partners across Virginia
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the auto commercial lending space, including floorplan financing and working capital solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams at JP Morgan Chase to structure customized financing solutions that meet client needs
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and risk assessments to ensure compliance and mitigate potential issues
  • Provide expert advice on automotive finance trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to clients
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals by promoting JP Morgan Chase's suite of commercial banking products
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry events, dealership associations, and networking opportunities in Virginia
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities using CRM systems
  • Support existing clients by resolving issues promptly and identifying opportunities for account expansion
  • Stay updated on competitive landscape and emerging technologies in auto finance to advise clients effectively

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial banking, automotive finance, or dealership lending
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships in the financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of auto finance products, including floorplan financing and retail installment contracts
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Virginia
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a competitive market
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in automotive lending and compliance standards
