Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative Chase Auto products, including auto loans and financing options
• Manage the full product lifecycle from market research and requirement gathering to post-launch optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and compliance to deliver customer-centric solutions
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy in the financial services industry
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features using data analytics and business metrics
• Ensure all products adhere to JPMorgan Chase's risk management and regulatory standards
• Drive A/B testing and performance monitoring to enhance user experience and financial outcomes
• Partner with sales and customer service teams to integrate auto products into Chase's broader ecosystem
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the evolution of JPMorgan Chase's consumer banking portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or automotive finance
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end product development cycles in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of consumer lending, auto finance regulations, and market trends
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
