Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform Chase's consumer banking strategies
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and risk management to drive business growth
• Prepare executive presentations and reports for senior leadership on strategic opportunities
• Support the development of long-term business plans and performance metrics
• Analyze industry trends in digital banking, payments, and customer experience
• Assist in due diligence for potential partnerships or acquisitions in the financial services sector
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend optimizations for Chase's product portfolio
• Contribute to innovation projects aimed at enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting, financial services, or corporate strategy roles
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in preparing executive-level materials
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• U.S. work authorization required
