Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS in Data Analytics) strongly preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in data strategy, analytics, or AI leadership within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing enterprise-level data and AI strategies that drive business transformation
  • Deep expertise in regulatory compliance, data governance, and risk management in a highly regulated environment like banking
  • Experience advising C-suite executives on emerging technologies and their impact on financial services
