Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of strategic financial insights for the RM&C F&BM Risk CFO organization, blending finance expertise with technology solutions
• Oversee financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support risk management and compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement automation capabilities that enhance financial reporting and analytics
• Analyze complex financial data to provide actionable recommendations for senior leadership at JP Morgan Chase
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and internal governance standards in all financial activities
• Manage a team of finance associates, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency in Mumbai operations
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization strategies within the finance and risk framework
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key risks and opportunities
• Integrate emerging technologies like AI and data visualization tools to automate routine finance tasks
• Support ad-hoc projects related to capital allocation and performance measurement in the financial services sector

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, risk management, or finance operations within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting in a banking or investment environment
• Proficiency in regulatory reporting and compliance standards relevant to global financial institutions
• Experience with technology integration in finance, such as automation tools and data analytics platforms
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams in a high-stakes financial setting
• CFA, CPA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a multinational bank like JP Morgan Chase, with exposure to RM&C (Risk Management & Compliance) functions
• Knowledge of capital markets, derivatives, and risk assessment methodologies
• Prior involvement in strategic finance initiatives involving AI or machine learning for financial insights
• Fluency in additional languages, particularly those relevant to APAC markets
• Demonstrated leadership in finance transformation projects
