Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Chief of Staff to senior technology leadership, providing strategic advisory on program execution and innovation initiatives
• Lead the delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's business objectives in investment banking and asset management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end program lifecycles, from ideation to deployment in regulated financial environments
• Identify and mitigate risks in technology programs, ensuring compliance with financial industry standards and internal policies
• Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and cloud computing into core banking operations
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations on program status, KPIs, and ROI for C-suite stakeholders
• Foster collaboration between engineering, product, risk, and compliance teams to accelerate delivery timelines
• Mentor junior program managers and contribute to talent development within JP Morgan's technology organization
• Monitor industry trends in financial services to recommend process improvements and strategic pivots
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation for multi-million-dollar tech initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology programs in a high-stakes environment like investment banking
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, SDLC, and risk management in regulated industries
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and compliance
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification in project/program management
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations such as Dodd-Frank, GDPR, and SOX compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Background in capital markets, trading systems, or digital asset platforms
• Advanced degree in Business Administration or Data Science
