Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale technology programs in a high-stakes environment like investment banking
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, SDLC, and risk management in regulated industries
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and compliance
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification in project/program management
