Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insights on technical program delivery and operational efficiency
• Lead the coordination of cross-functional initiatives across technology, risk, compliance, and business units to ensure alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-impact technical programs, managing timelines, budgets, and resources in a fast-paced financial services environment
• Identify and mitigate risks in program execution, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Foster collaboration between engineering, product, and finance teams to drive innovation in areas like digital banking and payment systems
• Develop and implement program management frameworks to enhance scalability and agility within the organization
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on program status, challenges, and outcomes for senior management
• Mentor and develop a team of program managers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within financial services
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs in a high-stakes environment like banking or fintech
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services, including knowledge of Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and data privacy standards
• Experience in agile and waterfall methodologies, with expertise in program governance and risk management
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives in a matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced certification in project management (PMP, PgMP)
• Prior experience at a major financial institution, ideally in investment banking or asset management
