Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in senior management roles in Asia-Pacific markets
  • Deep knowledge of the Chinese financial regulatory environment, including regulations from the People's Bank of China (PBOC) and China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC)
  • Proven track record in business strategy development and execution within multinational banking institutions
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-stakes, international setting
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to travel frequently within China and regionally as needed
