Key Responsibilities

• Lead the US business analysis function for Core Party Data within the CIB Core Data team, overseeing strategy and execution
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to define and prioritize data product roadmaps that enhance client onboarding and risk management
• Drive the design and implementation of data governance policies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of party data across JP Morgan's platforms
• Identify opportunities for data integration and automation to support CIB's trading, lending, and advisory services
• Manage a team of business analysts, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation in data practices
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions for data quality issues impacting investment banking operations
• Partner with technology teams to align data products with JP Morgan's broader digital transformation initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adapt core party data strategies
• Deliver executive-level reporting on data product performance and business impact
• Facilitate cross-regional alignment to ensure seamless data flows in JP Morgan's global operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in data management, business analysis, or product management within the financial services industry
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams in a large-scale banking environment
• Deep understanding of core party data (e.g., client, counterparty, and entity data) and its role in investment banking operations
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, or GDPR in data governance
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering data initiatives on time and within budget
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment typical of JP Morgan Chase's Commercial and Investment Bank

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a Tier 1 investment bank like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Certification in data management (e.g., CDMP) or agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)
• Knowledge of JP Morgan's internal data platforms and tools such as data lakes or enterprise data warehouses
• Prior exposure to US-specific financial regulations and market data standards
• Demonstrated success in leading data product transformations in a global banking context

Required Skills

• Expertise in data modeling and entity resolution for financial party data
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar for data querying and analysis
• Strong knowledge of financial data standards (e.g., ISO 20022, FIX protocol)
• Experience with data governance tools like Collibra or Informatica
