Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing campaign data to measure ROI, engagement, and conversion rates across CIB products and services
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau to support executive decision-making
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to design data-driven strategies that enhance client acquisition and retention
  • Leverage statistical models and machine learning to segment clients and predict marketing effectiveness
  • Monitor and optimize multi-channel marketing efforts, including digital, email, and events, for CIB initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics, customer segmentation, and campaign performance measurement
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to handle large datasets and derive actionable insights in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial marketing, such as GDPR and SEC guidelines
