Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and enhancement of payment products within J.P. Morgan's CIB Payments team
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to recommend improvements to payment solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, compliance, and sales to launch new features
  • Conduct research on emerging payment technologies and regulatory changes impacting the financial services industry
  • Assist in creating product documentation, user guides, and training materials for internal stakeholders
  • Monitor product performance metrics and contribute to reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in client meetings to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with business objectives
  • Support testing and quality assurance processes for payment system updates
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives, such as blockchain or API integrations for payments
  • Ensure adherence to J.P. Morgan's risk management and compliance standards in all product activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2-5 years of prior professional experience in financial services, payments, or related industries
  • Eligibility for the 2026 Global ReEntry Program, including a career break of at least 2 years
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and payment systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product management or development within the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB)
