Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual presentations, pitch decks, and reports for CIB bankers and GCFO stakeholders using PowerPoint and design software
• Collaborate closely with investment banking teams to understand client needs and translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling visuals
• Ensure all designs adhere to JP Morgan Chase's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and messaging
• Create and refine graphics, infographics, charts, and animations to enhance the clarity and impact of financial communications
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Provide design consultation to partners, offering creative solutions that improve presentation effectiveness and audience engagement
• Review and edit existing materials for visual accuracy, alignment with financial data, and overall aesthetic quality
• Stay updated on design trends and tools relevant to the financial services sector to innovate presentation formats
• Support GCFO initiatives by designing materials for internal reports, regulatory submissions, and executive briefings
• Contribute to the development of design templates and best practices for the Mumbai CIB team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions for presentations and visual communications
• Excellent understanding of design principles including typography, layout, color theory, and branding
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly with investment banking or corporate finance teams
